need help plz

Hello there im not sure if this is in the right spot or not if not im sorry,
anyways my (java) was working fine for some reason its not workin,so i deleted all programs that i could then i went to my control panel,there still a java program there it wont delete for some reason then when i try to re download the java it keeps tellin me java failed....
Can someone please help me with this, il be really gratefull thanks right back

well i got java installed but for some damn reason still cant run rahbot says java not found i dont understand someone please help,Thanks
